Mad Hatter Hot Pepper Seeds grow such interesting-looking pods that grow two and a half inches long on four-foot-tall plants. Bell shaped little “hats” ripen from green to bright red at maturity, with smooth skin and a nice, crisp texture. While they look dangerously hot, Mad Hatter peppers are surprisingly sweet with a nice mellow heat. Best used in salads, pickled, and especially stuffed with cheese.
